(More customer reviews)I received my in a timely manner. it installed easily and worked well...for a while.I purchased this product in June. the summer heat here got in the high 90's, so the inside heat in my white pickup was pretty hot.my lanzar unit kept trying to default to DVD mode and sometimes the screen wouldn't come on untill the A/C cooled things down a bit.
The music sounds great and the DVD picture and sound is great, the radio reception could definitely be better. But the graphics of the display while in radio and aux mode are really bad.All the touch buttons work fine but look like 1980's software graphics, it's embarrassing and i found no way to do visual upgrades.There's also a usb port on the front that i never was able to use but tried, there's no clear instruction how to use it.
Ok, so now it's October and we had a cold front move through. I got in my pickup early that morning and the temperature was about 25 degrees.the display quit working permanently but everything else still works, even the touch screen. but it's hard to navigate a touch screen with no display.
All in all everything worked how expected but it doesn't do extreme temperature too well.if you think that was extreme..
